Every two or three years for established homes. Brand-new homes deserve one thorough cleaning right after possession to clear construction debris, then the usual cycle after that.

Photos of each run before and after, walked through with you on site. We also show you what came out of the system, which for new Tecumseh builds is usually convincing on its own.

Longer cycles, heat in the laundry room, and the machine shutting off mid-load are the classics. We clear the full route and measure the flow, and if the appliance is genuinely the issue we say so instead of selling you a second visit.

Vacuum on, registers off and washed, every supply and return brushed while the system is under suction, blower compartment cleaned, and photos at the start and end. Figure three to four hours for most homes here, a bit more for the big two-storey plans.

Cleaning removes the residue that carries smells, and a sanitizer pass applied to the clean duct walls addresses what remains. That order, cleaning then treatment, is the only version that works, and it is the only one we sell.

Often leftover construction dust still cycling through the system, sometimes leaking returns pulling attic or wall-cavity air in. Both are diagnosable, and we test before recommending anything.
